Breakthrough Jobs was founded by two classmates (and close friends) who recognized a critical gap in the modern job market. They saw both employers and candidates struggling with a broken system, and knew that technology could do more than just automate—it could innovate.
What began as a passion project to streamline the employer screening process has grown into a mission to revolutionize the entire hiring landscape.
